Who we are

Aboveboard is a trading name of Greenhow Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15211395. Registered office: 22 Slipps Close, Frome, BA11 1FW. Email hello@above-board.co.uk.

The one-off scan

The one-off scan costs £500 and covers up to 10 ads and landing pages. Your report is due within 5 working days of your complete intake being accepted. If we can't take the work on, we refund you in full.

Ongoing checks

• Every 8 weeks: £500 to start, then £295 per check, first charged 8 weeks after sign-up.
• Every 4 weeks: £500 to start, then £245 per check, first charged 4 weeks after sign-up.
• Weekly: £500 to start, then £95 a week, billed £380 every 4 weeks, first charged one week after sign-up.
• Every plan starts with the full scan (£500). After that you pay per check.
• No contract and no minimum term.
• Cancel any time from the customer portal. Your plan stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no refund for a period that has started.
• If you switch plan, the change applies from your next billing date.

Prices

Prices are final. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.

What the scan is and isn't

The scan is an assistive commercial review to help reduce advertising risk. It is not legal advice, not a regulatory opinion and not ASA or CAP clearance, and we do not guarantee any outcome. You decide what to publish.

Our liability

Our total liability for any check is capped at the fees you paid for that check.

Your materials

We keep your materials private, delete them when you ask, and never use them to train AI. See our privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
